Housing
The unit construction is modular type with aluminum profile and corner. The modular section have integrated base frame. Base material made by either aluminum profile or galvanized steel sheet or steel.
All filters, precipitators, and fan sections are equipped with hinged access doors in order to access the internal components with compressible gaskets to prevent air leakage.
All panels shall be either single- or double-skinned in one piece, with insulation sealed between the inner and outer panels for optimum acoustic and thermal insulation.
Standard panels are 25 mm thick and filled with insulation. If required, the cabinet can also be made with 50 mm thick panels.
The panel sheet metal thickness can be with various configuration and standard is .7mm for inner skin and 1.2 mm for outer skin and made from galvanized steel sheets. The outer skin and inner skin of the casing have a variety of options in material as per requirement. Base material made by either aluminum profile or galvanized steel sheet. The unit can be delivered as a single unit or as a separate module which is simple to assemble on site.
Fan
SWSI - Fans are equipped with backward/forward curved high efficiency aluminium/steel impellers, mounted onto the drive shaft of TEFC motor. Balanced on two levels according to quality level G 2.5 DIN/ISO1940. Motor closed, protection class F IP 55 with protection against humidity and thermal contacts wired in windings.
- Maintenance free ball bearings, closed on both sides.
- Totally enclosed fan cooled motor in protection class F IP55. Rated for 50Deg C.
- All shafts are trued and have a smooth finish.
- The low noise ball bearings with cast- iron casing is designed for a theoretical life of at least 80,000 working hours.
Filters
The Ecology Unit, shall consist of the following filtration stages/sections:
- Electro Static Precipitator Section with prefilter
- Fine Filtration Section
- Odor Removal Section
Motors
Motors are totally enclosed fan cooled, metric frame protected to IP55.Motors have Class F insulation and are rated for normal continuous duty at 50ºC.
